Volunteer Opportunities

Peer Support Counselor

Provide one-on-one emotional support and guidance to women and children. Help them navigate their journey toward safety and independence.

Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Legal Advocate

Assist with basic legal guidance, help complete forms, and provide signposting to professional legal services for family law and immigration matters.

Time Commitment: 6-8 hours per week, some evenings

Housing Coordinator

Help coordinate emergency accommodation, connect clients with housing resources, and provide ongoing support during housing transitions.

Time Commitment: 5-7 hours per week, some weekends

Group Facilitator

Lead support groups, organize workshops, and facilitate peer networking sessions. Help create safe spaces for sharing and healing.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week, evening sessions

Outreach Volunteer

Represent WENUK at community events, distribute information, and help raise awareness about domestic violence resources.

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week, flexible

Administrative Support

Help with data management, scheduling, communications, and other essential behind-the-scenes work that keeps our organization running.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week, office hours
